Karl Wolf
From Razing-Wiki
Sgt.[1] Karl Wolf (possibly spelled Wolfe?[2]) first came to my attention through the Disclosure Project. During the 2001 National Press Club conference Karl Wolf stated (italics indicate comments),
| “ | My name is Kolf Wolf[e] (sp?) and I was a precision electronics photographic repairmen with a top-secret CRYPTO clearance in the United States Airforce. I was stationed at Langley air-force base in Virginia.
In 1965, in mid-1965, I was loaned to the lunar orbiter project at NASA on Langley field. Dr. Kali (sp?) was in charge of that project. They had problems with a piece of electronic equipment that was bottle-necking their production of photographs. I went to the facility and when I walked in to the facility there were scientists from all over the world. I was stunned actually to see people at a NASA project, uh, from all over the world. It didn't make any sense to me initially. I was taken in to the laboratory where the equipment was malfunctioning. I couldn't repair it in the dark. I asked to have it removed. An airman 2nd class was in the dark-room at that time. I was also an airman 2nd class. I was interested in how the whole process functioned. How the data got from the lunar orbiter to the laboratory. [I] asked the young man if he'd describe the process to me. He did. About 30 minutes in to the process he said to me, in a very distressed way, "By the way we've discovered a base on the back-side of the moon." And then he proceeded to put photographs down in front of me and clearly in these photographs were structures, mushroom shaped buildings, spherical buildings, and towers. And at that point I was very concerned because I knew we were working in compartmentalized security. He had breached security and I was actually frightened at that moment. And I did not question him any further. And a few moments later someone did come in to the room. I worked there for three more days and I remember going home and naively thinking, "I can't wait to hear about this on the evening news." And here it is more than 30 years later and I hope we hear about it tonight. And I will testify, under oath before Congress, that what I am saying is the truth.[3] | ” |

NSA not NASA
It's interesting, because the ufocasebook makes the assertion that the photographic equipment was actually located at the NSA not NASA. Steven M. Greer's book Disclosure tightly corroborates this (italics indicate my commentary),
| “ | At any rate, I was in a color lab one day when my boss, Staff Sergeant Taylor (Note: need to find out full name), came over to me and said that they were having a problem with some equipment on the base and it was the first lunar orbiter program, where they had a mission to pretty much locate the first landing sites for the 1969 lunar mission for the astronauts. So he said they were having some problem with equipment over there. It was similar equipment to what we had- it was computerized contact printing equipment. He wanted to know if I would go over and take a look at it. He said to me, it's an NSA facility. At the time, I didn't know what NSA was -- I was pretty naïve. I thought he said NASA. So in my mind, for a long time I thought it was a NASA facility that I had gone to. But I remembered him saying NSA converting it in my own mind to NASA.[4] | ” |
Similar photographic evidence
Probably the most intriguing thing for me is when Karl says,
| “ | If I compare it to what I'm seeing now, because I do have photographs that have artifacts in them that are similar to what I saw, they're massive.[5] | ” |
If Karl is talking about the Clementine spacecraft (launched in 1994) lunar images it either refutes my argument that the visualization problem is an interpolation problem or, depending how you read it, validates my analysis. As Karl explained,
| “ | At any rate, he told me how everything worked- he showed me the equipment where the digital information came in, where it was converted to photographic images. They were doing 35mm strips of film at that time, which were then assembled into 18 by 11 inch mosaics, they were called. There was a digital signature and a gray scale on every 35mm strip and those strips were from successive passes around the moon. They would take and build up a photograph. They would scan one section of the moon and then another and another and then they would get a larger image. So this mosaic then would be put in that contact printer and printed.
So he was showing me how all this worked. We walked over to one side of the lab and he said, by the way, we discovered a base on the backside of the moon. I said, "whose?" "What do you mean, whose?" He said, "yes, we've discovered a base on the backside of the moon." And at that point I became frightened and I was a little terrified, thinking to myself that if anybody walks in the room now, I know we're in jeopardy, we're in trouble, because he shouldn't be giving me this information.[6] | ” |
